About / Bio
I have been in Emergency Medical Services for 20 years. My experience ranges from ground ambulances, emergency rooms, instructor assistant and lead instructor at the community college level, and flight paramedic on an A-Star helicopter. EMS is my passion and I take great pride in what I do. I provide excellent patient care, perform very well under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service to all I encounter. In my downtime I like to scuba dive.
Am able to provide BLS (Basic Life Support) and ALS (Advance Life Support) care. I am licensed by the state of California and New York, and accredited in Shasta county. I hold current certifications in BLS/CPR, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advance Life Support), PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support), ITLS (International Trauma Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and am a certified CPR instructor.
I am able to work locally or in remote settings. With sufficient notice I can be available for short or long term assignments, and when necessary can be well staffed for larger events that may require more than one medical personnel.
